You are not too far removed…
You are not too out of shape…
You are not too far apart from each other…
You are not too broken…
You are not too alone…
… to make a move toward the exact things you want.
The truth is that, if you have a pulse, there are a million things going for you, and only a handful of things against you.
Start your day with that truth, and more truth will show up for you.
If you could suddenly see the version of you that believed that, and acted on that truth every day for a year, it would blow your freaking mind.
